i clicked on rainbow six because im l33t, however... 'WOW' can suck my dong if its going to be another 'addon'. i would however try it if i could buy it as a single 'release' and not a bolt on to wow+burning crusade (which i no longer have because well lets face it, you can only really play one mmo and at the time it was eve). My question to you guys: WOW Wrath of the Lich King, how will it work? Will it be an addon only playable through its existing counterparts? or an epic failure of a money wasting machine for me to steer clear of? im sure one of you will be able to answer my question

As far as I'm aware it'll be similar to TBC. And you can level another 10 levels...

TBC catered primarily for people who were 60 for more story/progression, but it had some stuff for the rest of the game and lower levels (aswell as new races to start as lvl1 with). From what the developers are saying, WotLK isn't aimed at lowbies at all, it's aimed at lvl 70's, progression to lvl80, a whole new high level continent, etc. A lot of game mechanic changes, and some cool additions to the game. info can be found here: www.wow-europe.com/wrath/index.xmlWhen playing TBC, you could really see what the devs had learned from 2 years of normal wow, so there was a lot of great stuff. But they're also saying they clearly saw what worked and what didn't in TBC, so WotLK oughta be even more epic. Arthas is gonna be in your face from the very start, not hidden away like Illidan was. The one new class also, Death Knight, they have cleverly made available in a similar way to jedi in SWG. By that i mean, you don't have to make one at level 1 and start over, no-one wants to level 1-80 again im sure, but you complete some epic questline (that wont be overly fucking ridiculously hard) and basically open up a death knight character slot. I think the Death Knight then starts at lvl80, possibly 70. Still barnett, i wouldn't recommend you get it, cause there's no spaceships (actually, there's 2, lol! )and that must make it gay. 10 million people HAVE to be wrong, right?

I'm sure every expansion will be the same.. More instances and quests that basically act the same as the old one, maybe a new profession, maybe a new race.. Nothing exciting. But the most exciting things for the wow-noobs are new Barbie like clothes! They get a load of new clothes/ etc to dress up their little people with. People only stick with MMOs because of the sense of acheivement earned - And that is showed off to everyone else by your gear.. Like the Sims.. The more shit u have in a game, the more people want! - That's my theory

I'll keep it simple; you're a noob You're also, to use your words, a "puppet". Example - Spore, carrot on the stick. Massive over-hyping, so that even if they deliver a bad game, you "puppets" (your word) will buy it anyway. Think before you write

LOL. hardly in the same league! Spore = £30... I spent at LEAST £150 on WOW.. Most people spend many hundreds on WOW, Subs, Expansions, gold, power level whoring, etc etc. Even if Spore sucks (which I doubt, cos it's my kinda game).. The technology which powers it will create a whole new range of games from different developers Halo3 = DEFINITION of over-hype!! All that hype for a sub-par generic shooter.. What a waste

I taking a wild guess here at who voted for what...
World of Warcraft: Wrath of the Lich King - Stu Rainbow Six: Vegas 2 - Iain Warhammer Online: Age of Reckonning - Rik Dawn of War: Soulstorm - Terry
;D I'm at LEAST 75% right!

Why even bother when those games will hopefully just feed on the fecies from Fallout3 and JA3.

Admittingly I know nothing of Fallout3 and JA3.. But both can go cock a pair of she-male cocks, compared with some of the epic titles in this list my Swedish flens friend! ;D

STARCRAFT
Still waiting for a game to engage me in more hours of gameplay than this little beauty (Starcraft 2 maybe?!). 75% of games I have played in teh last 4 years have kept me interested for only so long (proved by the amount I have actually finished...)

I taking a wild guess here at who voted for what... World of Warcraft: Wrath of the Lich King - God himself voted for it as he knows it's divine.Rainbow Six: Vegas 2 - Iain didn't vote for this (fact), but a rotting corpse did, because he could no longer sit there and pick off parts of his rotting body and heard that this game was about as much fun. Warhammer Online: Age of Reckonning - Rik (most likely)Dawn of War: Soulstorm - Terry (most likely) ;D I'm at LEAST 75% right!
