Sorry I asked in group chat if anyone was on vent - Alkaw replied, yeah were on Fal free chat. I said something perverse (didnt even know it was alkaw at the time) and he said 'do you kiss your mom with that mouth' and I said no but I kiss yours. Then there was silence, and I guess the anger began to brew. So then he called me a hipocrit for critiscising the game and coming back to it. I used the exact same wording to indicate why he was a retard for ragequitting games. Then he said 'I see what you did there, your funny ay?' to which I said, "no - funny is ragecrying because you were not top 10 dps in Molten core and ragedeleting all your gear, throwing all your toys out of the pram and deleting a character you have dedicated months too is just sad". Don't think he said much after that but I didn't think I had pissed him off that much! Anyway - to sum up on my position regarding all this : careface. Doesn't seem to disimilar to things that have been said to him many many times before by many many people. Time of the Month me thinks

I'm not in anyway sorry, but I do feel bad for the guy. He seems to have gotten worse in the last few years and I think some time away from games wouldn't do him any harm to get his life in perspective.
If you are losing the rag over minor incidents you need to spend 3 - 6 months travelling and getting laid to teach you about the real important things in life.
Sure I pound the desk in anger on occasion but christ - some of the shit he has done is extreme and its concerning that he thinks that way.
See - you can make fun of someone but like them enough to care about their well being!
In anycase - I'm not going to apologise, or If I do it will be for abandoning him as a child. If he wants to play on Burning Legion it's up to him, I'm not going to be going anywhere else so his choice.
I will however go easy on the slagging. In fairness - he completely brought it on himself last night, and it's not like anything harsh was said. I will stay mum on the issue in future unless he draws me out - in which case he has to know anything is fair game.
Even a mom/sister double team joke.
Ooops..

Well, what can I say but: Go Fal! Can't even count the numerous times I´ve told Alkaw to go out and get laid and/or shitfaced. There's alot more to this "life" thingamajig than playing MMO's

Thoughts so far...
Community has gotten younger, more polish and worse yet - more turkish...
I think a lot of the newer consitant player base are sand hugers that hate the west and bring a lot of shit game play and arogance to the field.
This isn't meant to be a racist rant - but so far, i've failed a shit load of isntances and generally grouped with complete fucktards who would not have been acknowledged if they showed up in vanilla wow.
What does this mean?
Well for one Im more focused on hitting 80. Instancing is a pain unless with people u know but the quests hubs rock.
Azjul Nerub is fantastic. best instance since deadmines and its raid like in its requirement for prep and movement.
Nexus is fine, exactly like one of the early tempest keep encounters.
Grand game, enjoyable quests but absolutely awful community. Thankfully ive found old TGM ppl that are in a new guild and one of them is levelling a paladin with me which makes questing excellent.
Worth getting and playing. raiding should be interesting.
I think this is gonna be the last level cap for wow...

Remember, we mainly play on Xavius as Horde, we've only just come back to BL. On Xavius, the community was alright, but i have noticed on BL that theres a LOT of fucking polaks and turks. It's weird. But seriously, if that's your biggest gripe so far, i can safely say it's a server-specific issue.

Biggest gripe without a doubt is grouping with non guild people. Have added a lot of people to ignore in just a few days of playing.
That and a lot of stuff is pure repetition. They have managed to make some new content though and its hella fun.
BTW -
Can someone get on vent and ask Alkaw if he likes Fish sticks... ?

Half way there - just about to ding 75. Didn't get to play much WOTL over long weekend so my Warlock is standing somewhat still.
Each level takes around 4 - 5 hours if you work through quests. New areas are actually pretty huge with 120 quests a piece.
From what I can tell by the lfg channel the end game is completely changed from TBC. Should be intersting to try out.
My Shamen pulled out 5 levels over the weekend, and that was with around 5 hours play time. Did all the quests in Dustshallow Marsh (new and quite cool) and all the quests in Tanaris and boy do you notice the extra xp etc.
Moving onto Dragonblight now with Crem which after two quest hubs seems ok but lacks the flow of howling fjord.
One other gripe on top of the community. Everyone seems to be playing DPS Paladins and Death Knights, all I see in LFM / LFG channels are these two classes.
Consequently all I see now in PvP are these two classes and they do much more damage than I do. I respecced out of my old raid spec and into a more pure affliction spec after a Paladin Tank did the same damage as me in an instance. My numbers are up a good bit but I do feel there is a big balance issue at the moment with melee v casters.
I could be wrong and perhaps I'm only seeing one part of the game at the moment.
The other issue so far is that I've done 3 of the first instances and all the quests in 2 areas and yet I've barely replaced any gear !
