Hi Gents,
I read over the weekend that a limited content unending free trial for Star Trek online is coming out early this month.
Any know if there is any truth to this? I'd be interested in giving it a go - not going to buy / pay for the game but am happy to try it out for free.
Thoughts?

Not heard that myself.
The game was "ok" at launch, obviously more to get out of it if you're into Star Trek. They've added a fair bit since launch.
I stopped playing after the free 30 days (about the same time I stopped regularly playing WoW) due to there being so many games around worth playing and so little time.
Worth trying, but I can just see you getting frustrated with it...

Yeah I've heard it's very limited but if it's something that would be a fun occasional 'skirmish' I'd happily leave it on my HD.
I'm amazed your playing a lot of games, nothing at all interesting me today. It was a bank holiday all day yesterday and I didn't look at a game.
I'm considering getting Dragon Age but tbh - it's been out a fair while and the cost hasn't come down at all.
Keep hovering my mouse over the 'mount and blade' multiplayer expansion but just can't bring myself to get it.

Gave the demo a try last night.
I don't know how this even got released. It's terrible and not immersive at all.
Very disappointed, wont touch it and after 2 hours playing I removed it from my drive.
Disgrace.
