Not my type of game on the iPhone. THIS however is THE BEST iPHONE game I've ever played! "Game Dev Story" -- basically you start a game development studio - Hire people to work there, design and code games for PC and consoles.. and see how well you do in 20 years! Fantastic The team is currently "bug fixing".. Hence the little bugs popping over their heads

MehThe iPhone is not a true gaming platform. I'm saving my dough for Mario Kart 3DS, Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater 3D, Star Fox 64 3D, Assassin's Creed: Lost Legacy, Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory / Ghost Recon in 3D on (you guessed it) the Nintendo 3DS It's gonna pwn, like a boss.

The iPhone (and similarly, mobiles in general) is becoming the biggest gaming platform there is. You know how the DS was a huge success for Nintendo? Apple sold more iPod Touch's than Nintendo sold DS's and Sony sold PSP's put together . Rumour is Sony's PSP 2 will also be a phone. Mobile gaming, love it or loathe it, is the future. Pachter in one of his Pach Attack's (if you don't watch him, you should; www.gametrailers.com/game/pach-attack/12619) said that his belief is that future consoles will all be handheld, portable, mobile, but will also have the feature to be plugged into a TV at home. There will be no divide or separation between a mobile gaming machine and a home console - they will be one and the same. Actually makes perfect sense, when you think about it. Back to Infinity Blade. I bought it this morning, the graphics for a mobile are absolutely insane. Sits somewhere much higher than PS2 and a little lower then 360 quality. The "swiping" to attack, and swiping a certain pattern to use a certain spell is actually really cool, and probably a good call on a touch device. Fun game. Good indicator of the power too. If it can run Unreal 3 engine like this - it can run any Gears of War game

I've gotta dig out Settlers 7 again.. In the latest patch they've added a whole new tech tree -- Occult! One of the research options being: Necromancy: Fallen soldiers briefly come back from the dead to avenge their death.

This looks well.. hmm...
But I'd love to play a modern game set in or around a concentration camp -- Play a range of characters from secret Nazi officers attempting a coop, to English spying infiltrating the camps and obtaining evidence..
First person shoot, stealth game.. Think first person "commandos" game.
Can't see it being made, as the subject is quite taboo.
