The dedicated server is now fully functional supporting v1.2.. With server wrapper, without any mod support.
Tonight, I'll send over the current map (which they check through for malicious shit, because it's literally HUNDREDS of seperate files).. and get them to set it live......
Unless.. You wish to start again?
Thoughts?

I think a fresh start wouldn't be a bad idea. Take all the experience and stuff we learnt from the other map, and apply it to new awesomeness. But regardless, I'm not too fussed either way. I expect Barnett won't be keen on starting again. I'll go with whatever you guys decide.

why do you want to start again... what is your obsession? lol. just tidy up and carry on. the world generates itself. Si needs to finish his boat, I need to finish my train. Terry has just joined too so no doubt he'll build something epic.
just saying...

actually... i know i just ranted but maybe your right. there are now 5 active users. me, stu, si, stozza and terry. would it be better to start from scratch? either way im still going to need to put in some epic mining time to build my next masterpiece EDIT: Stu... i'm quite reasonable actually. i just don't crave 'change' as much as you.

Don't change, you get complacent, stale and get overtaken by others willing to embrace that change. ....i'm just sayin'!

QQ crying face I said i'd do whatever you guys wanna do. We don't have to start again, we could just go explore and head off in some random direcion until we find a snowy area, and just setup there, so you are starting with a new clean slate, but also could go back to the other stuff.

lolwut? i'm not upset. I don't really care other than the fact it took me 3 days to make that shit. you want to start again and i'm saying i'm happy to do what YOU want. Simples innit bruv If we do though we need to act on 'lessons learnt' like you said earlier to maximise our collective building potential to rinse and repeat every 3/4 days ain't my idea of fun.

I don't like the new mine entrance All i did was add a fountain lol. you did the rest si. the walls just need re-plastering... not that it matters anyway if we are going to start all over again ] My 3 main gripes: - Fountain is off-center to the central staircase - Walls are now made of cobblestone, which combined with the fountain takes away from the clean look of refined stone -- Also, the minimal look of the entrance. - Fountain requires taking a "long way round" approach to accessing the 4 or 5 doors beyond this area
