Conclusion: Research is good, thanks for participating another thing, please elaborate on the mixing issue you mentioned. while its not a finished track i had taken some efforts to get the EQ right and would be 'surprised' if thats what you were referring to. oh btw, because ive got 'minimal' computing power at the moment both tracks were done in FL Studio 9
i have to say this program has improved LOADS since i used it last. The automation features and new arrangement window has made it as good as any other music production tool IMO... at least for dancy/electronic music.

Tha fact that Rapidshares doesn't REQUIRE u to signup make it PURE win! FL Studio 9 FTW! We should collaborate on something!

careface As you said, not everyone has a Rapidshare account (Only the l33t people do).. So get yourself a free DROPBOX.COM account!!! Free online 2gb storage - -Syncing abilities between computers, ability to share dropBoxes with friends - So your files appear in their drop box, etc But best of all, I can make anything in my drop box accessable to everyone via a public web link: dl.dropbox.com/u/3901723/Linkage.txtAnd uploading is as simple and drag-n-dropping a file into a folder and your computer and letting the dropbox software sync it up

BRAVO. i diddnt expect anything half as good as that (no offence).
right. now what? lol.
seriosuly though, i like where thats going. the drums and guitar work well. i'd like to remaster this version and have a play with what youve done after i've finished the original?
Collaboration for the win

I need to replace the cheesy synth with a choir sound.
The guitar sounds shit - But i'm not good at melodies - And I don't have a decent guitar VST -- That's just ye olde "Slayer".
I like the drums - But on the breakdown, I think it needs a more prominent bassline.
I messed up some of the original volumes which I don't know how to return to.

i think you should keep some of that cheesy sound (as u put it) in there because it breaks it up a bit and gives it something interesting. hopefully ill get chance to finish the original soon. got so much work done this weekend.... all thats left to do is watch jack bauer kick ass.
